Dr. Deshpande is Founder and Medical Director of Orthopaedic & Spine Center, LLC. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management. He specializes in fluoroscopically-guided spinal interventions, including the latest technology of neuromodulation for pain control. 

Dr. Deshpande is well-known in the field of Interventional Pain Management. He has published articles in pain journals and presented compelling posters at numerous pain conferences. Dr. Deshpande has been selected to review newly authored articles by colleagues in the field of pain management. He has been on several industry related speaking bureaus in addition to proctoring aspiring pain fellows and colleagues.

He is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) through the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS). He is also board certified in Pain Medicine through the The American Board of Pain Medicine (ABPM).

Dr. Deshpande is a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPM&R). He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), Americal Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM), North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS), and International Neuromodulation Society (INS).
