A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management. He specializes in fluoroscopically-guided spinal interventions, including the latest technology of neuromodulation for pain control.
Dr. Deshpande is Founder of Orthopaedic & Spine Center, LLC.
Dr. Deshpande has been practicing medicine for 21 years and has owned and operated the Orthopaedic & Spine Center since 2005.

Dr. Deshpande is committed in the education and training of physicians in the field of interventional pain management and neuromodulation. He dedicates his time and efforts in training other physicians in implantable device therapies for chronic pain. Dr. Deshpande travels across the United States holding educational seminars to educate physicians who are in training on patient care and advanced pain therapies.
Dr. Deshpande is an advocate for his patients and for all people who suffer from chronic pain ailments through patient education and community out reach programs. He has reached out to lawmakers and politicians to highlight the current situation for those in chronic pain. In this he is trying to increase the awareness of the prevalence of chronic pain in the United States. By reaching out to the politicians and lawmakers one of the goals is to be able to provide fair and comprehensive pain treatments to all who live with chronic pain conditions.
