Dr. Deshpande is Founder and Medical Director of Orthopaedic & Spine Center, LLC. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management. He specializes in fluoroscopically-guided spinal interventions, including the latest technology of neuromodulation for pain control.
Dr. Deshpande is well-known in the field of Interventional Pain Management. He has published articles in pain journals and presented compelling posters at numerous pain conferences. Dr. Deshpande has been selected to review newly authored articles by colleagues in the field of pain management. He has been on several industry related speaking bureaus in addition to proctoring aspiring pain fellows and colleagues.
He is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) through the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS). He is also board certified in Pain Medicine through the The American Board of Pain Medicine (ABPM).
Dr. Deshpande is a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPM&R). He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), Americal Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM), North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS), and International Neuromodulation Society (INS).

Jamie Weaver - Nurse Practitioner
Jamie is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner practicing at Orthopaedic and Spine Center. Graduating in 2002 with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, she has over 15 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated in 2017 with her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Otterbein University. Throughout her career, Jamie has worked in the specialties of Rheumatology and Dermatology. She is Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
Dr. Church has been a practicing chiropractic physician since 2003. With a focus on pain control and functional rehabilitation it is his primary goal to help patients feel better while returning them to their normal, everyday lives. With a variety of adjusting techniques, Dr. Church is able to manipulate the joints of the spine and extremities in order to increase movement and decrease pain. Furthermore, with an in-depth knowledge of physical rehabilitation he is able to provide patients with exercises which will maintain lower pain levels and increase function outside the office. Dr. Church has also worked extensively with other medical disciplines (e.g. physicians, surgeons, physical therapists, etc.) in order to ensure that patients will get the care they need.
Dr. Church received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology degree from the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois in 2003. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Akron, which he received in 1999. He currently lives in the Dublin Ohio area with his wife Emily and their dog Bailey.

Dr. Kedar Deshpande, Board Member of the Union County Mental Health & Recovery Board, appointed by the Commissioner.
"The Mental Health & Recovery Board of Union County was commissioned by the State of Ohio for the purpose of planning, monitoring and funding mental health and alcohol/drug recovery services for the residents of Union County. The volunteer Board is comprised of fourteen Union County residents who are appointed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health, the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services and the Union County Commissioners. Each year, all Mental Health and Recovery Boards in the state are required to submit a Community Plan to the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services that outlines the behavioral health needs in the community."
